If you meditate regularly then you most probably will have enjoyed the feelings of peace, calmness, and bliss. Meditation can give a sense of permanence, of belonging, of owning your own space. When you have reached this awareness you are beginning to observe yourself in your meditative state. This observing produces an awakening, an awareness of completeness, and evolves you to a higher state of being. But what happens when you return to the “real world”? Does that same sense of ecstasy and peace still exist when you are back in your world of dramas and have to does? Do the routines and challenges allow you to see the gifts and perfection that each moment is providing for you? What if you could be in that meditative state all the time instead of an hour or so? What if in your every moment, you could be the observer of you and see clearly all the creations and challenges you have created to challenge your evolvement in this lifetime? This we suggest is not only possible but is easily within your reach. It is called “Awake Meditation”. It is observing how you are feeling emotionally with each experience all the time and having the ability to change how you are feeling about those. It is the owning and honoring them as your own creations for your own understanding, your growth, and evolvement. This is the stepping back and observing lovingly every moment that all the evolved being have gone through. It is indeed, a way of life, of being, that those such as Jesus, Buda, and all others have chosen, to transcend this unawaken state that exist for most upon this physical plane. All your Soul’s intent and purposes are revealed to you from past experiences to present and even into your future. It is a total connection with your higher self that is far and above what you may experience in only a one hour meditation each day. So you may ask, how do I meditate with my eyes wide open and all the confusion going on all around? Isn’t sitting quietly with eyes shut a requirement for reaching this altered state of awareness that I’ve been told is meditation? We tell you, it is in the observing of self that promotes this most elevated altered state of being. It is in lovingly honoring yourself. It is getting to know who and what you are, and what your heritage is. When you awake in the morning observe how you have chosen to be. Look into your mirror and observe yourself in the reflection. Chose to smile and be appreciative. Now all the day long, chose to be the observer as if looking lovingly into the mirror. Try not to be pulled into the dramas and take no things personal. Be in the world but not of it. Then occasionally ask yourself, Am I there? Are you awaken or are you still lost within the illusions of your created dramas? We are Alexander

Light brings colors to a world of otherwise darkness. Life is that light filled with the colors of emotional being. Your every thought, all of your true emotions, alight the world surrounding you. From a world of darkness, your thoughts, your sense of being, bring forth vibrations and these oscillations produce every color of the rainbow. Now what if you could “see” those colors around someone and understand what each color says about that one? What we have to tell you is that those colors are there for those who would see. Close your eyes and you may see the color of someone you have been observing. If this isn’t yet visible, feel what color you think is there. Use your own intuition and you will develop the ability to discern the colors with practice and a little patience. When we speak of spiritual colors most will assume that it is the chakra colors and everything else is based upon these. What we wish to tell you is that if it is not chakra energies and their colors that you are observing then there are other “color languages”, each with their own colors and meanings. For example, if you are observing or “reading” someone and there is a dominance of blue around them then consider the color may represent a person who is emotionally, a very spiritual person in all they think, say, and do. While the color blue of the chakras is associated with the throat chakra has more to do with conversation or communicating. Green is the color for the heart chakra having to do with love and caring while pink is the more likely color you will observe in “reading” a person. Green in the language of “readings” will more so represent growth and/or abundance in the form of monies.

The color language of “readings” is associated with auras also. And if you notice background colors or “wallpapers” behind a person, it is the same language of colors. A ”wallpaper” with bright red as a dominant color with perhaps the sun shining and a white lining on the outer edges might be interrupted as a person who is manifesting well (red), enjoying his/herself (sun shining), and has a high awareness of their abilities (white). A halo or a surrounding of bright and light colors of white, silver, or gold may show a highly evolving person, a religious person, or an intelligent spiritual being. Light and dark variations usually are showing positive and negative aspects of the colors surrounding a person or situation.

The color language of healing or scanning the body for illness is quiet different again. Red or red dots may show areas of inflammation while green auras could show healing. Dark reds auras may be a sign of wide spread inflammation or how badly the person feels. A swirl of colors may denote dizziness. While an emerald green may be the energy a healer sends out to heal. Often the stressful energies that made a person ill may be seen as dark variations of reds or oranges. If you are observing a healer hands you may be witness to tiny blue lighting bolts leaving their palms and fingertips or perhaps it may be seen as a very light green “rain” upon the ill person’s body.

Realize however not everyone perceives colors the same so it is necessary that you play with what is shown to you and make your own color chart. If you do not as yet see colors through 3rd eye vision, then try to perceive how they “feel”. And yes, you can “feel colors” as well as “see colors”. As an experience. select a person and see or feel what color is associated with them. Do this with intent and belief and you will amaze yourself! We are Alexander

Each one grows and evolves by how they experience life. If your experiences of life have been ones of enjoyment and allowances, then that is how you will be as a person, as an outlook, as your perspective. This is how you expect and make life to be for you. It is your creation, your world. But there are other influences besides and in addition to these. From the time you were a very small child and even up until now, you are influenced by certain individuals that are rather iconic in your world for what they have meant to you. Perhaps it has been a parent, a special uncle or aunt, or a close friend. Maybe it was a famous athlete, a singer, an actor, or some person of fame. But you decide what those persons represent to you as a perfect example of being, of living a life most fulfilling. These then, become your guidelines of how you decide to be or become. If, for instant, you are an Elvis fan then you may be influenced by not just his singing abilities but also how you perceive him as a person. What he says, does, and how he acts, is not just a permission for you to do and be that way, but it also becomes an awareness of this is how you should be. You will most likely pick up good and bad habit from every one you chose to emulate to become you. So this time and place you have chosen to incarnate into the physical has a great bearing on how you will become. This we tell you was your choice and it holds the greatest possibilities for your growth and evolvement!

Those things you may already be in awareness of, but what we wish to inform you of is that even these are related to your past life experiences. The reasons you are attracted to certain personalities types is because you have experienced most of these before. Just as you are attracted to a person as your love interest, there has been a similar personality experiences from another life. You seek it out in this lifetime because of love, jealousies, good or bad relationships. It is unfinished business, something that you wish to come to satisfactory terms with, so that your life isn’t unbalanced by this. As you grow and evolve you will find that you are to be sovereign, the captain of your own ship, the ruler of your own creations. It is not about ruling over or controlling others. It is just the opposite in that it is about allowances for others to be as they are. When you have arrived at this state of awareness you will find that you can love even more intensely without loosing sight of who you are.

So your influences are forever and ongoing. It is past life to present life to future lifetimes. It is about becoming a master over this plan of existence. Look around and you may discover that even you may have grand influences upon those you know! We are Alexander

Human life is a step into excitement, enjoyment, passion, and yes, drama. It is the addiction that pulls you back here again and again! We do not say it is a bad thing. Indeed, it is here you will learn and grow by observing yourself and the seemingly chaotic world around you. It is here you learn love, independence, and self- awareness, from your experiences. So to you, we say, “Welcome back”.

We propose to take you upon a trip of remembrance, a trip back into the past of this lifetime. Life is rarely quiet, and without the dramas and passions of your emotions. This is especially so of the early years, years before you begin to discover who you are once again. See if you remember these. The first will be your birth, but this remembrance quickly vanishes as you struggle to deal with this new body and a strange new world. By observe others as they enter and you will find yourself being pulled emotionally and empathically back into your own birth experience. And yet, it is from the drama of the pain and this surrounding strange world you remember the feeling of being loved, touched, and admired by your new parents. Life becomes a drama of being feed, cared for, and loved, hopefully as your first experience. Later you will discover life is a competition filled with conflicts. From the time you enter school, through all your relationship, and your first love, dramas, conflicts, competition, and uncertainty, are your constant companions. And yet through all this you are to discover you have the ability to direct your world somewhat and to even enjoy life itself. High school completions leaves you with bigger decisions you must make and take responsibility for them. College, job, marriage, what you will do with the rest of your life, are all filled with the dramas of conflicts and competition that effect your decisions. By the time you have turned 20, some of you may have looked forward and decide that “life” is over for those who have reached the ripe old age of 30. What you see ahead are those who have locked themselves into commitments of raising a family with a mortgage on a house and other debts leaving precious little time for living the full “life”. And now as you approach 30, you will also look back in doubt, wondering if you have made the right decisions. The world will seem to be closing in as you realize you can’t go back and change your direction, your commitments. It now becomes a crisis as you have the drama of trying to discover who you want to be and to change where your life is heading. The following years are growth years, discovering years, empowerment times, while you discover you are the only director of your life and your world. At around the big 6 0, you will have another review of your past doings only to discover it is too late to initiate change. From this time on you will either accept who and what you have become and be more philosophical about life or you will be a bitter old person, believing you have been the victim of a misspent life of which you had little or no control.
